I am pleased to be participating in Professor Walter Effross' symposium on blogging in the legal profession this week at American University Washington College of Law. Posts of Distinction: Starting, Sustaining and Showcasing a Blog on Legal/Policy Issues is aimed at law students and lawyers who want to start a blog to help establish their expertise and authority in an area of law and public policy.
My co-panelists are Carolyn Elefant of MyShingle, Harold Feld of Tales of the Sausage Factory, and Matthew Kaiser of Federal Criminal Appeals Blog. Immediately following our panel will be keynote speaker Tom Goldstein of SCOTUSblog. It should be an educational morning for us all.
Registration is open to all, and law students are free.
